How to start a return

Email support@lumora.store with your order number and we'll send you a prepaid return label and instructions within 24 hours.

Refund timing

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You'll get an email the moment it's processed.

Damaged or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, send us a photo within 48 hours and we'll ship a replacement free of charge — no need to return the original.

Exceptions

For hygiene reasons, personal-care items (facial rollers, gua sha, acupressure sets) can only be returned if unopened and unused.
