Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Delivery estimates
We ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom and Australia. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- United States: 7–12 business days
- Canada: 8–14 business days
- United Kingdom: 7–12 business days
- Australia: 9–15 business days
Shipping cost
Free standard shipping on all orders over $50. Orders under $50 have a flat $4.95 shipping fee, calculated at checkout.
Tracking
Every order includes end-to-end tracking. If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days, contact us and we'll sort it out immediately.
Customs & duties
Import duties for international orders are rare but may apply depending on your local regulations and are the responsibility of the customer.
